Beef salad with Semi-Cured
Clean, dry and cut the lettuce, the yello pepper, the carrots and the cherry tomatoes. Then serve it in a platter.
Grill in a pan the boneless beef steak. Hard, medium or soft is up to you.
Serve the yoghourt in a bowl. Grate 100 grames of García Baquero Ibérico Semi-Cured.
Cut the onions, the garlic and the parsley.
Add the grated cheese, the onions, the garlic, the parsley and salt to the yoghourt.
Whip all the ingredients until having a creamy and melted sauce.
Finally serve the sauce upon the salad.
