Manchego cheese cake


  • Turn on the oven to 170ºC one hour before ovening the cake.
  • Whip all the ingredients, except the butter and the marmalade, get an homogeneus dought.
  • Baste a mould with butter and spread the dought.
  • Put the mould into the oven during 30 minutes aprox.
  • When the cake turns gold, take off the cake from the oven.
  • Tip! Poke the middle of the cake with a slim knife. The cake will be ready when the knife leaves the cake clean.
  • Let the cake gets cold and turn out the cake from the mould. Add the marmalade and decorate it with the blueberries.
  • Put it into the fridge almost an hour.
